I think a dealer. Literally 5 min ago it was up on autotrader , that was strange.

Nope. Not there.
I reckon it probably got flagged.
Even then, if that were a dealer car... they likely picked up for cheap at auction and completely ragged out.

Counterpoint... The LS9 redlines only 500rpm below an LS7. I believe that the factory rev limits are also 500rpm apart. But, here’s another interesting way to look at it: the LS9 reaches its peak rated hp 200rpm higher than the LS7. It’s still a revver.
